The Concept
Contract manufacturing, also called bespoke manufacturing, is a total process of garment manufacturing according to a customer's requirements from initial customer's design to production and delivery of the final products.
The Stages
The design is provided by the customer and a counter sample
is provided, in accordance with the customers specification. |
Upon approval of the counter sample,
sourcing of fabric and trimmings commences. |
Patterns are made for manufacturing. |
Pre-production samples are provided for final customer approval. |

Quality control samples and pre-shipment samples are
inspected both during production and prior to shipment. |

Shipping and export documentation is raised. |
Upon arrival at the destination port, Import
documentation
and custom clearance is carried out before delivery. |

Final delivery is arranged with the client. |
